DBTL Festival

Down by the Laituri (DBTL) festival will be held in Turku from Thursday to Saturday 25.-27.7.2024.

DBTL event will renew and diversify its offerings in the festival area, but Finland’s most magnificent and historic festival area at Cathedral Square and Brahenpuisto Park will still be the venue for this magnificent event. More activities related to public comfort will be planned for the area. The line-up for the main stage will be announced later, but there will again be several top performers!

The three-day city festival will once again bring several top Finnish artists and two great foreign names to Finland’s finest festival area. On DBTL Thursday 25 July, Lauri Tähkä, Anna Puu, Kid Creole And The Coconuts (USA), Viivi and Roope Salminen &; Koirat will take the stage. On Friday 26.7., JVG, Kaija Koo, Dire Straits Legacy (UK), Abreu and Ressu Redford will take their turn. On the closing day of the festival, Saturday 27 July, Haloo Helsinki!, Juha Tapio, Isac Elliot, Maija Vilkkumaa and Yö &; JP Leppäluoto will perform on stage.

Turku Cathedral will once again be able to enjoy magnificent church concerts. On Thursday 25.7., Tuure Kilpeläinen will be in front of the audience. On Friday 26.7. the lovely Pentti Hietanen music family will play with their “In the spirit of love” show, and on Saturday 27.7. Juha Tapio will perform his 50th anniversary church concert programme.
